To me, the Amazfit T-Rex 2 is the total package; it’s an excellent sports watch that can do it all. As a triathlete, keeping track of concise and accurate training data is everything, and the Amazfit T-Rex 2 excels in every aspect. The smartwatch is capable of tracking health metrics, including heart rate, calories burned, breathing rate, and blood-oxygen while I swim, bike, and run. It also features distance- and speed-tracking, as well as precise positioning you’d expect from a GPS smartwatch.

The Amazfit T-Rex 2 surprises me the most with its unexpected features I didn’t think I needed, but now are very useful to me. The smartwatch is equipped with the PeakBeats™ feature, which sums up your training effect and provides aerobic and anaerobic exercise reports with a recommended recovery time. This function is particularly helpful after a long day of triathlon training because I can keep a comprehensive overview of my training performances in preparation for any upcoming competitions. The smartwatch’s triathlon mode also allows you to record three activities back-to-back, while the pool swimming sports mode’s keeps count of the laps you swim while in the pool. There is also a wide range of over 150 different sports modes for you to choose from. With such a comprehensive sports tracking system installed, the Amazfit T-Rex 2 is the perfect companion for athletes.

Some of the features I find most practical include the accurate heart rate and blood-oxygen level monitoring system, the much-needed weather tracker, the music control, the find my phone function as well as the to-do list, and the camera activation features. On the other hand, the Amazfit T-Rex 2 is by far the most comfortable smartwatch I have ever worn. The setup process was incredibly user-friendly, and the watch also features a powerful battery life that can last almost 24 days on a single charge. The smartwatch comes with a variety of watch faces and customized options that make it an absolute bargain for the price.

In all, this is a product that has far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend it as the best fitness tracker watch for any athlete out there looking to improve their lifestyle with an all-in-one sports companion.
