July 2024: Amazfit Balance Zepp OS 4 Updates Ahead of Summer of Sport
Summer time is here, and a new Amazfit Balance update has just been released. This upgrade to Zepp OS 4 enhances workout modes, Zepp Flow™, and more. Read more to find out what's included, so you're prepared for your summer workout plans.
New Workout Modes: Pickleball and Padel
Level up your summer fitness game with two new workouts. We’ve added Pickleball and Padel to our roster of sports. Track your performance, set new records, and have more fun while staying active. Start your game by going to Workouts > More Workouts > Ball Workouts. Or head to the watch face store in the Zepp App to download your exclusive Pickleball watch face, featuring a complete with a quick-start button.
Upgraded Zepp Coach™: Single-Session Training Score and Training Guidance Mode
We're by your side with even more focus on your daily training. To better achieve your goals, you can now choose your preferred training guidance mode: pace-oriented or heart zone-oriented. Zepp Coach™ will restructure your data according to your preference. Feel free to change your training guidance mode at any time. And after each session, Zepp Coach™ will assess your performance and provide a single-session training score, encouraging you to give it your all in every session.
New Fishing Mode: Reel and Relax
Do you like to fish to decompress? Our new Fishing Mode makes it even more enjoyable. With a Sunrise-Sunset time curve, air pressure data chart, and loop timer, you’ll have all the information you need for an enjoyable fishing trip. Plus, you can easily record the number of casts and fish caught. Enjoy your fishing adventures with all the data you need right on your wrist.
Night Display: Gentle Glow for Night-Time Adventures
No need to strain your eyes in the dark. Our brand-new Night Shift mode is perfect for those late-night sessions! Now your watch screen adapts to a soothing Red, Orange, or Green filter based on your preference, making late-night checks easier on your eyes. Customize your filter via Watch Settings > Display > Night Display, or quickly enable it from the Control Center. Enjoy a more comfortable viewing experience, no matter the lighting.
Hear the Difference: Zepp Flow™ Now Speaks
Zepp Flow™ now supports multiple languages, including English, French, German, Italian and Spanish, along with newly-added Portuguese, Japanese, and Korean. It's available in the United States, Canada, EMEA (excluding CIS), Latin America, and Asia-Pacific.
This update also gives Zepp Flow™ the ability to speak to you (in English or German), rather than displaying answers as text on the display. Interaction with your smartwatch just got a whole lot easier.
Other Updates

Deleting a notification on your watch or your Android phone will automatically sync across both devices—no more deleting it from both devices separately.

Trail Running mode now supports VO₂ Max measurement, which will be updated post-exercise when conditions are met.

New accessory supported - Running Power Meter, connect to your watch via Settings > Bluetooth > Workout accessory.
